Hi there! My name is Colleen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist. I very much enjoy supporting adolescents and adults through life's many challenges and successes. While I take this work seriously I also love to have fun - after all, laughter is its own kind of medicine! I found my way into becoming a mental health therapist after having my own wonderful experience with therapy as a client and I strive to give every one of my clients the same life changing experience of unconditional positive regard and support in a safe space, while also helping to hold people accountable to their own life goals. I specialize in trauma (we've pretty much all got some folks! Yes, even the stuff that "wasn't that bad"), adoption and mood disorders and enjoy tailoring my approach to fit your speed, whatever that may be!
